Bobcat offers major upgrades for tracked and skid steer loaders

Lynx launched its most powerful loaders ever: the T86 compact track loader and the S86 skid steer loader, both of which help to raise the standard for productivity, attachment versatility, speed, control and power-to-weight ratio.

Every component of these loaders, including the engine, pumps and hydraulic system, is designed to deliver maximum hydraulic performance. Bobcat is the only company to offer a skid steer loader that offers three hydraulic flow options in one machine.

The three options are:

  • standard flow (23.0 gpm, 3500 psi) (Standard) — Select standard flow to run attachments that require less hydraulic power.
  • Broadband (36.6 gpm, 3,500 psi) (optional) — This system provides additional hydraulic power to increase production of attachments such as the Bobcat brushcutter, trencher, planer and stump cutter.
  • super flow (42 gpm, 4,061 psi) (optional) — Meet the most demanding attachment applications, including milling pavement and clearing trees and thick brush, with attachments specifically designed for super hydraulics. debit.

The T86 and S86 also feature Bobcat’s exclusive Premium Power Performance System, a power management system that distributes power more efficiently on loaders equipped with high-flow and super-flow hydraulics.

Bobcat attachments are designed to be fully integrated with the carrier’s electronics, hydraulics and geometry. This ensures that the best possible job is done on every jobsite, every time. And, with these 80-platform loaders, operators have more attachment versatility than ever before. The T86 and S86 can power a wide variety of attachments, including those specifically designed for super-flow hydraulics, such as super-flow snowblowers, cold planers and forestry drum mulchers.

Multiple attachments require control of multiple functions, and Bobcat’s small seven-pin attachment harness puts power and control functions at your fingertips while eliminating the need for the mechanical relays used on other loaders. The T86 offers more usable engine and hydraulic power than ever before with 105 hp and a rated operating capacity of 3,800 pounds.

Compatible with high-powered accessories, plus multitasking and heavier loads in fewer cycles, these chargers combine speed and productivity like never before. In turn, operators can achieve greater lifting capacity and machine speed for the most efficient work cycles yet.

In the cab, operators will quickly notice and appreciate the quiet, low-vibration working environment. With the benefit of the one-piece, sealed cab and quieter cooling system, Bobcat has significantly reduced sound levels inside the cab, as well as around the machine.

The optional 5-link torsion suspension triple-flanged rear suspension undercarriage also reduces vibration, providing operators with a high level of comfort for long, intensive work days. Dedicated comfort features include a spacious cab, heated air suspension seat, automatic heating and air conditioning, ergonomic controls, innovative displays and options to provide greater comfort and easier control of the machine for a increased operator productivity.
