Carl Cox and Franky Wah unite for a new track – See The Sun Rising

The legendary Carl Cox returns with See The Sun Rising, his new single with Franky Wah, ahead of his next new album – Electronic Generations (out October 28).

See the sun rise is a ruthless techno titan with driving force, reworked with finesse by rising British DJ/producer Franky Wa. Rather, it’s rousing big room techno from the DJ icon and one of the UK’s most exciting new talents. The version also comes with an extended mix.

“I had the good fortune to collaborate with Carl on a record before this one, so working on a second track is just a testament to how fluid the writing process between us was,” said Franky. “I visited his home last year and he mentioned he had an album coming out, but I didn’t know he would ask me to be a part of it, so when the opportunity arose, I was honoured. He sent a handful of ideas but the melody and song name “See The Sun Rising” really clicked with me.

“I think the record is a perfect combination of my underground sound and Carl’s. The fast pumping drums and basslines that Carl is known for and the euphoric breakdowns that I’d like to think I’m known for too. This record is definitely for that peak moment when the crowd is ready to embark on a real journey.

Carl Cox: “I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to share this album. As a live artist and DJ, I play all over the world and see people enjoying the shared experience of being together and dancing I collected all the elements I learned from watching these crowds, added my sound and tried to give you a real electronic music experience.
