Recently released, Stefano Freddi is determined to make his music hit you hard with this exceptional jazzy-blues instrumental EP, “Stefano Freddi Meets the Piano”. The release of this EP follows his single “Deep Soul”.
Stefano Freddi started playing the piano at age six and went to perform at his first gig at age 14, as part of a blues rock band. He has been a pianist and keyboardist in pop symphony orchestras, jazz groups and accompanying artists, such as Marco Carta, Stevie Biondi, Denise Dimé, Antonella Ruggero, Annalisa Minetti, Cheryl Porter, Durga Mc Broom and Lorelei Mc Broom . He graduated in jazz piano from the EF Dall’Abaco State Conservatory of Music in Verona and continued to experiment working with DJs and producers on a range of musical genres, including pop, dance, house and music. drunk. Last year, Stefano Freddi dropped his modern classical songs for solo piano as a solo artist and continued to prove there was a lot of demand for classical tunes as his single “Five Notes Symphony the Murderer’s Tale” managed to accumulate up to 70,000 streams on Spotify.
Every note on this four-track EP is destined to touch your heart, easily showing how classical music drenched in jazz and blues wrapped in piano notes is still current and modern. Filled with inspiration from Verona, where he graduated, love pours out, melts the heart and casts a romantic spell over each of his listeners. “Lover Man” really brings that seductive feel to the EP and easily follows the two takes of “Misty” which comfortably sets the tone for the whole romantic tunes. The final track, “Days of Wine and Roses” is an utterly remarkable piece – not only does the title suggest the allure of a date and the charm that goes with it – but the rapid chords, fainting crescendos and whimsical progressions bring an excitement and mystical optimistic energy that incites passion, glamor and fascination. Get ready to melt into this wonderful final track that certainly has that hypnotic feel of magical poetry.
Speaking about the track, Stefano Freddi said: “I wanted to create a four-track album about jazz ballads; I really like the easy-going romantic atmosphere; I try to make people feel something special with my music.
